Identified - The Job Downloader is having issues retrieving photos from some printing orders, we have identified the issue and are working at correcting the affected printing ordres as we speak.

Identified - We are currently experiencing a service disruption due to an outage affecting one of our cloud providers responsible for asynchronous processing.

- CSV file processing
- Lightspeed synchronization
- Other POS synchronizations
- ClearSale order processing
- System email notifications

Our team is actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
